Tasty Cinnamon Cookies Made Easy With A Stand Mixer

Another good feature most stand mixers have these days are an automatic switch off. If you are never going to use your dough hook, this is not such an important feature for you.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup cake flour
- 2 Teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder1 pound of butter
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Cream the butter and sugar
- Add eggs one at a time beating very well after each
- Add the vanilla.
- Fold in the sifted dry ingredients
- Mix well
- Roll out and cut into required shapes
- Bake at 350 - 375 degrees Fahrenheit until light brown and done.
So, as you can see, if you had to do all this by hand it would really be difficult, but with a stand mixer it really becomes very easy.
