Congratulations on the decision to get married. Now the planning begins. You have a lot to get done, but few things are considered as important as your choice for the wedding cake, which is the centerpiece for your wedding reception. Hopefully, this article will help you make an informed decision on how to find a good central New Jersey wedding cake baker..
Decide on a budget for your cake. One way is to get an estimate of how many
people you expect to attend. A rule of thumb is to expect about ¾'s of the people
you have invited to attend your reception. If you send out 100 invitations, expect

Bring as much information as you can. Bridesmaid swatches, flowers from the floral bouquets, even a photo of your wedding gown if possible. Find out what you could do yourself, or ask people to provide as a wedding gift to save you money. You don't have to purchase everything cake related from the baker. Finally, make sure to be courteous to the baker. Ask for ways to get what you need, while saving some money. They will always be more willing to help someone kind and respectful, than someone who comes in looking to see how much they can negotiate them down.
